Absolutely. The application of data is tailored to each county's unique public health mandate, available resources, and operational capacity.

Our platform offers customized planning support, drawing on our extensive experience with 450 health agencies to help counties optimize their use of report data for public health management.

Our system aggregates reports from within a county, then moderates, verifies, and filters this information. This process ensures that the resulting alerts are relevant and accurate before they are compiled into customized digests.

A list of reports relevant to your county is sent via email (frequency of emails based on your selected preference) or can be directly integrated into a county's system. Our alerts are set to be sent daily, but you are free to request a different setting. We consider daily to be a good frequency to keep you informed without cluttering your inbox.

Counties can directly engage with community members who have opted in for follow-up, using the data for:

  • Outbreak identification
  • Ad-hoc inspections
  • Data integration for trend analysis and resource allocation.

The platform provides ongoing technical and operational support, along with tools for identifying trends and efficiently allocating resources. Counties can update their alert, report, and engagement preferences as their needs evolve, ensuring the system remains aligned with their public health monitoring requirements.
