Bought salted egg tarts on Monday, 18 October. Both my brother, sister-in-law and niece suffered from diarrhea, vomiting and nausea for 3 days. They had all eaten the salted egg tarts and fell sick. My niece reported having vomited twice on Monday (18/10/2020), brother-in-law experienced diarrhea for two days and sister-in-law diarrhea, vomiting and nausea for 4 days already.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
