I ordered large fries at the mcdonalds on route 541 new jersey at around 8pm on monday march 23rd, and everything was fine when I went back to work and ate there. Two hours later at 10pm, I started vomiting it up for an hour in waves. I have ate here before and was fine with no problems. Last time I ate there with no problems was march 20th. | Symptoms: Vomiting
