- comments: 5-501. 15 observed all of the outside dumpsters with overflowing garbage and garbage on the ground around the outside dumpsters. Instructed to never allow garbage to overflow, and never allow garbage to accumulate on the ground around the outside dumpsters. Recommended facility to add additional dumpsters or increase garbage pick up. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(b).
