Just found out about this site due to my unfortunate ownership of Chipotle Mexican Grill stock (which seems to represent every 2nd report on this site).Anyway, this was early last year but I took my friend's Son to this 5-Guys, my first time ever at one of their restaurants.
Within and hour or two of eating there, both of us became very sick nausea, the runs and chills. The next day I called the restaurant to speak with the manager. I told him when we came in, how much we spent, and he saw the transaction in the system for around $24. He promised to investigate and get back to me, but never called me again. The least they could do was offer a refund, but not even a follow up. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER would eat 5 Guys anywhere again due to their 'I could care less' attitude about the issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
