My friend ordered the Cloud 9 Matcha with coconut milk. She stated it appeared the drink tasted funny at first, but also mentioned she saw several people preparing drinks and leaving them in the heat due to the extremely long line. It took her 1 hour from drinking her drink before she was extremely sick throwing up and diarrhea. This needs to be made public. The products are not being stored properly at appropriate temperature and appeared to be sitting out on the counter | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
