8 years ago reported by user-ctggd278 business

7-Eleven, 1111 Light Street, Baltimore, MD, United States

1111 Light Street, Baltimore, 21230 Maryland, United States

I purchased a Monterey Jack Chicken Taquito from 7-11 located at 1111 Light Street in Federal Hill on Sunday, October 29, 2017 around 2 PM EST. I consumed the Taquito immediately after purchasing it (within 5 minutes following my purchase). Later that same night, I experienced severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. These symptoms continued through Wednesday. At this current time, Saturday November 4, 2017 at 4:28 PM, I am feeling better but have not completely recovered. I cannot eat very much without experiencing abdominal cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
