I was working door dash and stopped to buy 2 pieces of pizza and after I ate the first one I was feeling sick. I threw up in my car half an hour later. I've been in the hospital all night extremely sick. When I called to tell the store the pizza was bad the phone just rang for 3 minutes and then disconnected. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
