I was at work his morning 1/19/2017. At 9 am i walked to the 7-eleven on Penn ave, downtown Pittsburgh. I purchased a package of white castle frozen burger sliders. I walked back to the renaissance hotel(my job site) heated a package of burgers, and consumed them. Less than 5 minutes after consumption i started feeling nauseous. Cold sweats accompanied vomiting for he next 15 minites. My stomache cramped, and intermittent vomiting followed as i was on my way to Allegheny General Hospital. I was treated, given fluids and medication, and released. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
