It was just before closing and I bought a prepared meal of pork and vermicelli from the hot food heated display across from the hot food counter where customers can collect their hot food served by the staff. It had a lot of moisture inside the lid but I was encouraged to buy it from the clerk working there. After that I had Diarrhea and some blood in my stool. I ate one piece that tasted bad which I should have spat out but I made the mistake of swallowing it. I threw out the rest of it which was most of it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool
