Happened on Dec. 20, 2019. I bought pepperoni. By the time I finished the pepperoni, I felt totally nauseated. Diarrhea started at the same time. Then I felt so dizzy that I barely made it to bed. There, I felt I was dying. My ears were buzzing and I knew I'd throw up. Next, I apparently passed out, as I came to in my bed laying in my vomit and "waste material". Apparently I vomited / defecated after passing out, in my bed. I could have chocked with my vomit in my throat. I won't buy pepperoni from this store ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dizziness
