I grabbed a pickle in a bag from the deli department on my break just as a quick meal. I didnt think much of it i have had plenty of those before but this time it caused really bad stomach pains and caused me to accidentally go in my pants on the way home from work. I made it home yet i stayed in the bathroom for a good 30 minutes. I think the pickles in a bag went bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
