A&W Meal Causes Illness - A&W, Kenora Ontario

I ate a teen burger, fries & rootbeer at 7:30pm on Sunday November 13/2016. I woke up at 5:30am on November 14/2016 feeling like I needed to go to the bathroom, ended up having diarrhea & fainting in the washroom, then began vomiting as well.. and feeling faint again later on. Vomiting lasted 4 hours. Good thing I happened to have activated charcoal with me.. something everyone should take if they get poisoned! Days later I am still recovering & not feeling 100% yet, I am dizzy still and my stomach is feeling iffy, my body is sore all over from fainting on the hard tiled floor & hitting my head, and feeling dehydrated still (also am breastfeeding with all this going on). Saw doctor and he ordered bloodwork, he also concluded I had food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Soreness
