April 26 I had busy chicken sandwich  I spoke to the health department. I am talking to my lawyer to sure the restaurant. I had nausea ,diarrhea, dizziness, dehydration. End up in hospital for 5 days and effects my kidney. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration, Dizziness
