At 11 am I ate from A and W: About 1-2 hours after eating a burger and fries with a drink, my stomach felt off and upset. Around 4 pm I started feeling sick and felt like throwing up. Then just before 5 pm I did throw up and I continued to throw up 4-5 times in the span of 2 and a half hours. This was accompanied by diarrhea as well after the first 3 times I vomited. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
