December 12, 2023 Mozzarella Mushroom burger from A & W When I took a bite and swallowed it. Taste like chemical. It was disgusting. I have been sick since. Been in and out of the hospital. On medication. Lost work. Have stomach pains. Heartburn. Reflux. Pain under my ribs, and back. Fever Gallbladder pains. Have problems sleeping. Most foods make me sick, bloated and gassy. I spit up green crap out of my lungs. Blew green crap out of my nose. Whatever the chemical was irritated or infected my stomach lining. More tests are being down. I'm gonna sue them | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
