Ate the lunch buffet around 3 pm and around 6 pm was throwing it back up uncontrollably, severe liquid diarrhea and cramping. I was up all night puking. Every time I drank water it immediately came back up and I was dry heaving towards the end and puking stomach bile. Never been so sick in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Bile

Sounds like Norovirus or Staph. But a short incubation for Norovirus - possibly picked up from the day prior. If it was Staph there would be more people sick.
