Severe Illness Post-Tacos - Acapulco, San Juan San Juan

Eaten here before and never had a problem. Didn’t eat prior to lunch on Tuesday April 30. 4 hours later I began feeling ill with stomach pain and just feeling “off”. 130am began vomiting and didn’t stop until 8am (6-8 times vomiting) fever at 102.7. All the following day had stomach cramping and fever. Stopped vomiting and doctor confirmed I most likely had food poisoning. Now it is May 2, fever gone , no vomiting and starting to feel better. Was put on Cipro antibiotics. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
