I purchased a chicken salad sandwich at the ACC Highland campus bistro on August 27th around 3 p.m. I haven’t eaten anything else since breakfast and after consuming the sandwich, within an hour I fell violently Ill with vomiting and stomach cramps, later followed by diarrhea. This lasted all night and I had to call in sick today as I still couldn’t leave my house. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
