The only one of a large group to get sick and the only thing I ate that nobody else did was a California roll and some quesadilla with brisket from a restaurant, I had some hors d’oeuvres at the hotel but there were many that ate the same no other accounts of anyone being sick. then we went to the restaurant where we had some dinner. The next day I had oatmeal for breakfast and we all had lunch served many people are these items. And at about 2 pm I felt like I needed the restroom when I used the restroom it was diarrhea and every about 5 to 10 minutes I had to go back to the restroom. There were about ten trips to the restroom, I started to feel like vomiting a little nauseous. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Diarrhea
