Yesterday, I drank an Activia yogourt just after buying it at the store at 4:30pm and 30 min later I started feeling very nauseus, hot and incapable to stand. Then for the next 6 hours I vomited all my soul... I had severe diarrhea, cramps, chills and body ache.
