Health Hazard Shuts Grill - Adda - Indian Grill, Newark Delaware

Closure Date: 09/25/2019The Division of Public Health ordered Adda Indian Grill, at 4621 Ogletown Stanton Road, to close on Sept. 25 due to an "imminent health hazard," according to the inspection report.
During the inspection, the state official saw fruit flies by the dishwasher, according to the report. Dirty equipment and dishware was also observed in the kitchen. The inspector wrote in the report that food debris was on a work table and "grease accumulating" in one part of the business.
In order to reopen, the state official said the business needed to clean and sanitize its equipment, seal cracks and crevices and provide the state with an exterminator receipt.
