Severe Illness After Meal - H-E-B, La Grange Texas

Yesterday at 6 PM it came out of nowhere with violent vomiting. Really bad stomach pains, some diarrhea, and abdominal cramping. The vomiting lasted until 5 am this morning when I went to the emergency room. I received a bag of fluids, IV phenergan. And a CT scan of my abdomen.

The e ONLY THING I ate yesterday was an Adkins bar for breakfast and a healthy choice meal Still very weak and nauseated now | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
