In-Flight Meal Illness - Aer Lingus, New York

Flying back from Dublin to the JFK on Aer Lingus Flt 109. Got first symptoms about 1 hour after flight landed. Horrible vomiting and diarrhea for next 8 hours. Fever as well. Missed two days of work. Suspect food poisoning, although can't rule out virus. However, friend I was traveling with in Europe was fine and only difference was flight home. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
