I received powdered packets for Christmas and took them for a few days. I thought I was coming down with something, then today it dawned on me that it might be the AG1. I looked up ratings and found many people were experiencing the same as I. Side effects for me was were I had really, really bad indigestion and the feeling I wanted to throw-up. I never did but it was a horrible feeling and didn't go away for a few hours. Now that my suspicion has been validated I won't be taking it any more. Thank goodness I like vegetables :).
