Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Flight AC074: E. coli infection following consumption of a chicken-and-quinoa meal. My son became severely ill and subsequently passed away on October 4, 2023. This happened two years ago but i still didn’t get answers.. It was a meal on a flight on September 19th 2023. We think it was the meal administered on the flight | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
