In-flight Food Poisoning Suspected - Airlines, New Delhi Delhi

We were travelling from Delhi to Melbourne on the 4th Jan 2024 via Air India AI 308. My five year old son started complaing of stomachache by the end of flight. On the night of 5th Jan my son, my husband and myself started vomitting with diarrhoea. I highly suspect that Air India food was the culprit. Air India should look into the ways food is stored and served during the flight, particularly in long flights like Delhi to Mel and vice-versa. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
