November 17th Fried Fish It was specifically the Landshark Fish & Chips. Three out of four members of our party had this item and all three of them fell ill to varying degrees within 2 to 12 hours. The individual that did not have the fish did not get sick at all. The three affected individuals only had the fish itself in common; two substituted the fries for plantains and one did not consume the cole slaw. They also all had different drinks. I was the first to get sick. It started with a general feeling of malaise within the couple of hours that I was waiting for my afternoon flight to get in. It eventually evolved into vomiting a few hours later in-flight, and even after I’d purged all my stomach contents, I continued to dry heave on and off until around 6am the next morning, after which point the uncontrollable diarrhea started and continued until I finally acquired some imodium that night. The poisoning did a number on my digestive symptom and I was unable to eat normally for over a week following the poisoning episode.. Air Margaritaville | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
