On 1.1.2026, the hotel offered brunch from 1 pm, where spoiled food was served. We had to take our daughter to hospital on 2.1.26, in the morning, where she was given infusions, a blood test, a stool analysis and an ultrasound examination.Before we went to the hospital, we asked the Assistant Front Office Manager, Ms. Kishi Pandey, before 10 a.m. whether she could call a doctor because our daughter had been feeling bad since 8:00 in the morning and the first thing she said was that it would cost something. I told her that it was not about costs but about our daughter's health and pointed out to her that our daughter might have food poisoning because she vomited, had extreme diarrhea and developed circulatory problems within a very short time, but Mrs. Pandey immediately went into defensive position and she said that this was out of the question since the hotel was after all a 5-star hotel. After I assured her that I would pay for all costs, she finally called a doctor to whom I described our daughter's symptoms and who told us that we should go to a hospital immediately. We then took a taxi in front of the hotel to the nearest hospital, AMINA Hospital, and there was clearly a diagnosis of food poisoning. Respect for the hospital's performance, excellent work was done there. We were able to drive back to the hotel at 4 pm with our daughter, who was still weak but clearly doing better.
