on 04/27/2018 6 pm I went to the drive thru at Alberto's, I ordered a Chile relleno burrito. It did not taste bad I couldn't finish it all It was a lot. Saturday evening I started having a fever and was extremely tired Sunday morning around 2 am diarrhea uncontrollable weak fever muscle ache. went to dr. was treated for food positioning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Muscle Pain
