I picked up the ham pinwheels from the deli cold case for dinner. I had 2 when I got home and 2 about 3 hours later. Around 3:30 am is when I ran to the bathroom and it only got worse from there. Shaking with the chills then sweat from the fever in between vomiting and diarrhea.
