Since 3am on 2/7/26 I have had severe watery diarrhea (anything ingested goes straight through me), nausea, extreme abdominal tenderness, bloating, fatigue, low-grade fever, all over body aches/chills. Diarrhea did not subside with any OTC anti-diarrheal medication. I did experience vomiting on 2/11/26 briefly, but have not since. I did test negative for flu, eColi, Salmonella, and C. Diff. The did order a steak burger from Freddy's the day before exhibiting symptoms, but did not eat anywhere else that day. I did require urgent medical attention due to severe dehydration that resulted in the administration of intravenous fluids, and was also prescribed zofran for persistent nausea. I did not include Freddy's in this report due to uncertainty and not wanting to shift blame if not warranted. If there are others who also ate anything from the same establishment around the same timeframe & exhibiting similar symptoms, I believe it would warrant further investigation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration, Bloating, Fatigue, Body Ache
