I ate Wandering Gourmet Cauliflower Au Gratin at 8:30 PM on 11/10/20. By 11:30 PM I had terrible abdominal pains, followed by nausea and diarrhea. After having diarrhea all night, I began to vomit at 6:30 AM on 11/11/20. I felt some relief after taking Pepto Bismol tablets however I am now having bloody diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain
