Yesterday McDonald’s Ordered mcdonalds (chicken nuggets, French fries, vanilla shake) on 3/22. At 11pm developed nausea/vomiting/diarrhea. Was seen in the emergency room for symptoms. Diagnosed with enterocolitis.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
