Happened today 6/4/26. Got food there because I had a gift card. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and french fries. I was given the most grease covered meal that i've ever seen. I ate it, thinking nothing of it, and I threw up only an hour later. Not the first time this has happened however, as i've given the same mcdonald's multiple chances because they're the closest to my house. | Symptoms: Vomiting
