Recurring Meatloaf Illness - Walmart, Wareham Massachusetts

Every time I eat stouffers meatloaf I end up getting sick. The first 2 times I thought it was a fluke but this 3rd time on 1/17/24 I know something is up. Each time I get extreme nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomitting. This happened within 2 hours of eating it each time.
