Quesadilla Illness: Nausea, Sweats

Ordered chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and texas fries from there (around 9pm) few hours later was vomiting and having diarrhea (around 3am), the diarrhea and nausea (along with cold sweats) have lasted all day and I had to leave work early
