this is strange because about a month ago i was the same. only ate 1 and was sick with nausea and diarrhea for 2 days after

I wanna start by saying that I love fruit roll ups and that I'm pretty sure this is entirely my fault. This is just a general warning to others to not consume too many fruit rollups at once.
I haven't had fruit roll ups in a minute.... See More I'm 38 years old and I stay fit but every now and then I buy a treat and binge on it for a week. So I gots me a box of strawberry fruit rollups and the first night, I ate one. Fine. Second night, I ate 4. At once. Woke up with horrible cramps and then, as my daughter calls it, experienced "100 poo poos." (That's what she called diarrhea as a toddler, so that's what it is.)
I didn't learn my lesson and the next night, last night, I had 3. At once. And this morning my cramps actually woke me up and I am again sequestered in the bathroom with, you guessed it, another 100 poo poos.
This also happens when I eat too many Lucky Charms. I heard it has something to do with the dyes they use?
I don't think it's a warning that most logical people need to hear, but if you're thick skulled and have a propensity towards specific cravings, indulge in them at a reasonable rate. Don't eat a box of fruit rollups in basically 2 days. And don't eat a family sized box of fruit rollups in 3 days. Your lower GI tract will thank you.
