Costco has issued a recall for its popular Grain + Celery Salad in 16 states due to undeclared allergens. The salad may contain soy and almonds, which were not listed on the packaging. The salad was distributed to California, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington. The issue was discovered when Costco sent a letter to members who had purchased the product, informing them of the potential allergens.

The recalled product is:
- The Grain + Celery Salad
- Which was incorrectly labeled as item #25247 Ancient Grain + Vegetable Salad.

The company has advised customers with a soy or almond allergy not to consume the product.
