Had the chicken fajitas and the Mexican street corn at 2pm saturday. Didn't eat anything else that day. Around 6pm started feeling brain fog and achey. Woke up with really bad diahrrea, out of control migraine, and confusion.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Confusion, Migraine

Went to McDonald's ordered a mcdouble with no onions extra pickles and a Mcchicken when I woke up the next day at 6am I was vomiting and having diarrhea till 11pm and had to call out from work which caused me to miss a days worth of pay  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
