Chicken enchiladas. Was fine, went to work, got home, still good. Cooked dinner for my daughter and I (different things), ate the chicken (my daughter had sausages and was fine) and got sick really quick (within the hour). Not sure if it was food poisoning because it came on really quick after eating. This was at 9:30-10pm, got home at 9pm, last thing I ate was 1pm that day, but didn’t feel sick at all until after the chicken enchilada. Never again. It’s been a long night! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
