I was very sick after eating I decided to try avocado because of reported food benefits. It was allowed to ripen for a few days before I ate half of it at lunch time. At 4pm I felt ill & vomited four times violently. I went to bed at 5pm & slept till 9pm. I could only take a cup of tea. Next meal was breakfast the following day when fully recovered. | Symptoms: Vomiting
