Steelhead Trout Sickness - Aldi, Jacksonville Florida

4 years ago reported by user-tqgwp836 business

ALDI, Max Leggett Parkway, Jacksonville, FL, USA

15325 Max Leggett Parkway, Jacksonville, 32218 Florida, United States

I bought a pack of the fresh steelhead trout. (in the clear packaging) It says the fish was fed something to make it more red in color. I purchased the fish on Wednesday 9/28 and prepared it on Sunday, 10/3. It was seasoned and grilled. Around noon. Around 3pm, I began to feel nauseous. I drank a lot of water and ice and had a sparkling water. I do UberEats for a living and I had to cut my time short, because I didn’t want to pull over on the side of the road. I quickly rushed back home and immediately knew I had diarrhea and afterwards, I went to lie down for about 15 minutes, trying to avoid not having to throw up but I did and when I did, it was all of the fish that was cooked.
I have never had this issue before. I currently feel horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
