Had a can of tuna (spring water)this morning and a smoothie with blueberries,both fron there after 4 hours I wake up vomiting and diarrhea at the same time.still in bed felling very sick after 12h,probably will go to a&e soon | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
