Had their Shredded Bite Size Wheat cereal and within half an hour was vomiting. Still nauseous and lightheaded over 12 hours later. Ate all the same things as my family yesterday, with the exception of the shredded wheat, and no one else is ill. I know it wasn't the milk because my wife had some as well, just not the shredded wheat. I thought it tasted a little off when I was eating it but brushed it off. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Lightheaded, Nausea
