- comments: observed improper water temperature at 77. 5f at hand washing sink in all gender restroom. Minimum water temperature must be 100. 0f or above through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed water not flushing inside of urinal in all gender restroom. Must repair plumbing issue. Observed another toilet in same bathroom which water was properly flushing.
