Recalled Lettuce Causes Illness - Aldi, Saint Ann Missouri

I was sick for almost two weeks after I had eaten from the now recalled bag of “Little Salad Bar” garden lettuce, with chopped carrots and radishes. Within about a week, I had flu symptoms with body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and severe diarrhea which lasted a little more than two weeks. Luckily, I was at home during the first bad week on vacation, but in the bathroom a lot. I had many sleepless nights because of the diarrhea attacks which would come suddenly and with no warning. Sometimes I didn’t quite make it to the bathroom and messed myself. It was a very bad illness and unpredictable and hope that I never experience it again! Food poisoning is real! My illness began on about June 12 and lasted through about June 29.I am better now and the diarrhea and other symptoms are gone without treatment. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
