Bagged Lettuce Illness Report - Aldi, Ventura California

I believe I got sick from bag lettuce (it’s the most plausible culprit for my extreme vomiting and diarrhea). There doesn’t seem to be a way to report it on the Aldi website (or there is, but the link wouldn’t click through).
