Additional information: My husband ate it too. From same package but different ribeye. Black Angus Ribeye steak from Aldis Ate for dinner. Plain no added sauces etc. Within an hour I was vomiting a LOT. Haven't been that sick in a long time. After about 3 hours of this I started feeling better.
