Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw four live roaches near the prep table and sink, on a wall and under the utensil storage rack. Among the other violations, some rice and beans were at unsafe temperatures, and a couple was eating inside the restaurant, which is not currently allowed in San Bernardino County because of COVID-19.
